摘要：Car rental is considered a profitable business and tightly connected to services; moreover withrelatively small number of vehicles, a car rental company can be operated. This business alsofulfill the community multi-purposes car needs. Indorent is one of the largest car rentalcompanies in Indonesia and in executing its business Indorent put customer services at thehighest priority.Data mining application equipped with regression analysis aims to predict the values of severalvariables related to the customer demand and by doing so helps the decision making process.Data mining applications is projected to optimize the process analysis, evaluation, and ultimatelythe decision-making process. All can be achieved because the application enables user to analyzethe predicted values of the variables.The application was evaluated using some models of regression algorithms including error andconfidence determination. This data mining application is expected to reduce the humaninvolvement in doing repetitive tasks and at the same time minimize the error odds in a relativelymore promptly way.
