摘要：Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK RI) is a high state institution in charge ofchecking the state finances. Because of the importance of the task should be allBPK implementation process has been computerized tasks, but in fact theattendance system at the BPK representative Jakarta Indonesia is still manual.This manual system has weaknesses such as data accuracy is not guaranteed,require a long time in the process of calculation of employee absences recap.Ineffective in the finance section to calculate allowances and salaries of havingto wait for the recap data absent from the civil service employees. Based on theanalysis has been done, the authors identified the problems arising from thecurrent system, which can be defined needs to create a computerized attendancesystem is proposed. The design model attendance system uses Unified ModelingLanguage (UML), creating applications with Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP),MySQL database and interface design using Dream-weaver MX. From theresults of research proved that the system absenteeism manual is not effectiveand not accurate. For that is expected to be made systems that have beencomputerized attendance will be able to simplify and expedite the process ofattendance, calculation of monthly recap, and the calculation of benefits, so thatall the information needed to have a more accurate rate guaranteed.
