  • 摘要:Scientific writing this title is the Customer on Queue Analysis of Bank RakyatIndonesia (BRI) pasar minggu Branch. The author of this study to analyze thequeue theory with the data required number of customers coming for 10 days inMay 2009 in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office pasar minggu. The use ofqueuing models can assist banks in designing operating systems that serviceofficers to process the transaction can be run optimally, Scientific Writing Thepurpose of this is to queue analysis happened and find out how many tellersshould be operated so that there is an optimal service. Based on the analysisconducted, the model queue system suitable for use in the BRI branch pasarminggu is Single Phase Multi-Channel, not to be recommended to BRI SundayMarket Branch to add a new teller tellers from 5 to 6 because the number oftellers teller provided on a busy day or days usually been able to overcome thecustomer queue.
