摘要：Project activities, whether large scale or small scale, is an activity that istemporary with a limited time, limited resources and goals that target clearlydefined. In the implementation of project activities required a projectmanagement to projects that run can be completed on time and did notexperience swelling cost. PT. Thames Pam Jaya, which is one of themanagement company and provider of water supply in the eastern part of doinga few ways to improve services, among others, making new connections,rehabilitation of pipelines, construction of the installation of production,building construction, etc.. The ways are contained in an activity that the projectactivities. Currently the project management activities including planning andorganizing, scheduling, and controlling the project and the work is done byusing Ms.Word and Ms.Excel.. To overcome the above issues, the author tries topropose solutions to these problems, namely by developing project managementinformation system online using web-based application that can be accessed viathe internet (so it can be accessed anytime and anywhere else) especially forupdating the progress of projects and jobs progress in controlling activities ofprojects and jobs. Hopefully, by the development of project managementinformation system at PT. Thames Pam Jaya was able to assist in theimplementation of project management activities including planning andorganizing, scheduling, and control of projects and work so that projectmanagement becomes an efficient and effective.
