摘要:Recruitment is the process of looking for, find and attract applicants who havethe ability to be employed in and by an organization. In this thesis describedhow the recruitment system is computerized and documented both softcopy andhardcopy. This system aims to facilitate the HRD staff in the process ofrecruiting employees, especially in the process of correcting the results ofapplicants psychological testing. In addition the application of this system canstore test results and data from applicants so that if one point or time the othercompanies need workers, they can get it quickly. To develop this EmployeeRecruitment System so it performed the analysis of the current system anddevelops it with a modeling system as a way out of the existing problems.Modeling system is made by using UML (Unified Modeling Language), whilethe design of the database is created using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram),with Borland Delphi 7 as a programming language. With Employee RecruitmentSystem is a computerized recruitment process in PT. Verena Oto Finance befaster, which was originally for a single applicant reach 1.5-2 hours of time,with this system the process takes only 10 minutes. In addition the data storageprocess becomes more structured, making it easier report creation and minimizethe possibility of loss of documents.
