摘要：Keyword: Keywords : mapping web, Jakarta tourism, javascriptAbstrack:ABSTRACT:Jakarta as a gathering place of nations and ethnic groups like Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Persian, with a variety of customs and cultures resulted in a marriage between them, so there was a mix of customs, culture and philosophy of life until the birth of cultural patterns and new procedures. Development of a web mapping application tourist information on Jakarta area is the development of web applications that are equipped mapping applications. Mapping application using Java Script starting from preparation of the map is to find a picture map of Jakarta and then digitize map and determine the location coordinates of a location of tourist attractions. Next enter the data into the data base merging with the PHP script to display into the web interface. In making the map using a java script to manage images for maps can be animated, zoom in, zoom out and mobilized. Navigation structure used in this web application using this type of mixture is a combination of non-linear navigation structure and hierarchy. On the structure consist of the index.php web GIS which will link to the Home which is the main page, the profile will link to your profile page, history, and then the page will display a map which details the sub menu sights. On this map there is an application menu category of tourism such as cultural tourism, cultural village tours, religious tours, heritage tourism, marine tourism, and other attractions. The first map will be shown is a map of the whole Jakarta area. These maps can be enlarged (zoom in), reduced (zoom out), shift (move), or on point as you wish
