摘要：Keywords : Citra, Citra Quality Improvement, Image SearchABSTRACTImproved image quality is one operation in the field of Image Processing. Type of operation isaimed to improve image quality by manipulating the parameters of the image. With thisoperation, the special characteristic that there are more highlighted in the image. The goal inwriting this thesis is to improve the image quality is severely degraded, and displays the effectsthat occur in the image effects such as blur, grayscale, negative and pseudocoloring. In writingthis essay writers represent an application of digital image quality improvement by using Matlab7.6 which provides the facility's operations to improve the quality of digital images such aschanging the brightness of the image (brightness), stretching the contrast (contrast) and theconversion of geometric (rotation, scala and flipping) .
