摘要：E-Learning is one of the education field revolutions of Internettechnology-based. E-Learning technology is a solution in the field of educationin the future to make more effectively and efficiently as an alternative teachingmethod. Many of the benefits of this technology such as reduced transportationcosts, books, time efficiency and so on. Therefore, the author aims to create ane-Learning applications are simple and intended to provide convenience for thepublic who are interested to learn English efficiently and effectively withouthaving to attend to the classroom. And expected also the other benefits of thisapplication is for the learners to understand and master their chosen coursethrough the materials and questions - about the training provided. Making theweb starting from the planning to determine the type of e-Learning is made.Type the e-Learning website is a web-based Interactive Learning to thecommercial business model of course. And distribution of users in e-Learning isdivided into two, namely admin and student. In design, the author describes howa student can join in this online course, the pages accessed and facilitiesobtained by the student such as course material and exercises over; student canalso answer questions about the course followed by a discussion forum.Administrator role here for the management of e-Learning in the form of add,delete the data information, materials, and data about the student. In the processof implementation of this web design, the author uses the PHP programminglanguage that is used along with the HTML editor Dreamweaver 8, as theprocessor in a web database is used MySQL
