摘要：Scientific Writing this, discussing about how to create an expert systemapplication using Ms Visual Basic.Net. Expert systems can be interpreted as acomputer software which has a base of knowledge for specific domains and usesinference reasoning resembles an expert in solving a problem. Where an expertsystem if it is related to the ability to diagnose early doctors in the patient'shealth condition, can be created by a computer system that served to identifyand analyze patients' symptoms and then provide a direct instigation ofsuch pesien. Scientific writing is also discussed on how to create a model ofexpert system (especially the bird flu disease). The model is implemented expertsystem built into an application program. This application was made aiming tohelp us diagnose disease at an early stage of bird flu.. With this program canreduce the duty of a doctor and are not directly replace the absence of a doctor
