摘要：This research discusses about the makingof short message gate for membershipaccess in an organization by using JavaSE,Netbeans and MySQL.This article also discusses the blue printand making of membership data access,expired date of using tools, short messagepolling, short message quiz, sending an emailusing short message, and monthlyactivity accessing.The members as the accessors of this dataare urged to register their cell phonenumber , in order to protect theorganisation data from irresponsiblepeople.By writing a special request code,members are able to access data, from amember data to monthly activity.The announcement to all members fromthe chairman can be applied by sending aspecial request code. This condition canonly be done by the chairman byidentifying the phone number.The warning is given to members in sevendays, three days, and a day before thetools are expired.
