摘要：Scientific Writing this, discussing about how to create an expert systemapplication using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Expert Systems can be interpretedas a computer software which has a base of knowledge for specific domains anduses inference reasoning resembles an expert in solving a problem. Where anexpert system if it is related to the ability to diagnose early doctors in thepatients health condition, can be created by a computer system that served toidentify and analyze patients & symptoms and then provide a direct instigationof such pesien. Scientific Writing is also discussed on how to create a model ofexpert systems (particularly diseases of the eye). Models made in expert systemimplemented in an application program. This application was made aiming toassist us in diagnosing eye disease early. With this program can reduce the dutyof a doctor and are not directly replace the absence of a doctor
