摘要：Technological developments in the field of electronics is very fast and has goodcover to all areas of the game, communications equipment, householdequipment etc.. One example of an electronic game is a tool that is pengundielectronic lottery. The device is made to determine the winner of one or twopeople from two groups. For example in the game of football made the draw todetermine the distribution group. Electronic lottery tool has the output consistsof seven LEDs, the LED consists of six red LED and one green LED. GreenLED is the initial count, and red LED as an indicator of the steering position thatto be appointed alternately. Electronic lottery has two switches which are usedas a reset switch S1. If the reset switch is pressed it will create a green LEDlights. While the switch S2 is used as input to the bistable multivibrator circuit..This series will not be impartial, it is guaranteed by the oscillator speed to theentrance wearing a pulse counter UP / DOWN
