摘要：A rapid technological development recently is the mobile phone technology.With the increasing demand for mobile phones makes many emerging telecomoperators such as Indosat, Telokomsel, Mobile-8, Esia, etc came to rise up. Thisis what is used by charging pulse service providers. Increasing proliferation ofservice providers either electrical charging pulse and physical pulses toll, themore competition is happened. Therefore, to facilitate the transaction CellaMiyo to create a system that can facilitate both in the sale and purchasetransactions. For that, the author makes a system that is really needed or inaccordance with the desires of the vendor Cella Miyo. This research isconcerning about how to develop the application using Netbeans 6.0.1 andMySQL. To develop this application, we need to do firstly is analysis of the oldsystems; user needs analysis and system feasibility analysis. Application of thispulse selling system makes it easy for shop owners of Cella Miyo Store in termsof recording purchases and sales transactions, inventory availability information,and making sales reports.
