摘要：Depok Hope Hospital is a public health care institutions owned by privatebusinesses under the ICC Foundation, founded with the aim to provideintegrated health services and equitable to all levels of society. Currently thedata processing system of Hope Hospital Depok still using manual systems,while the number of patients and needs more and more towards the availabilityof appropriate information, quickly and accurately will be very helpful inrunning a quality service, this can be met if there is an information system havea proper flow of data and systematic with minimal data processing activities aremanual, so that existing data can be easily processed, it is also worth noting thatthe flow of data is made simple and efficient, and keeping the nature of theinformative presentation on the model, thereby delivering information willbecome effective.. As a PHP web based programming language makes it easyfor servers to process data and information, with high security, with which issupported MySQL Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) withreliability in processing speed in a database and have access to the querycommand, so if both combined will produce a sophisticated information system.From the overall results of this scientific writing, it can be said that the PHPprogramming language plays an important role in supporting the development ofinformation systems technology.
