摘要：Encryption is a random of data (plaintext), so the data cannot be recognizedanymore its original form (ciphertext). While decryption is the technique tochange encrypted data back to its original form (plaintext). The purpose of thisapplication is to perform security for confidential data cannot be read by others.The method of this study is conducted to find written sources until the planningapplication programming using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Input and output ofthe program is made as attractive as possible so easily understood by users.
