摘要：Thesophistication of the current generation computer, can pro-cess color imaging or image like the original, it can alsocalculate the RGB (Red Blue Gree). This, which can be uti-lized, to create SKIN COLOR DETECTION USING THEWEBCAM. Making SKIN COLOR DETECTION USINGWEBCAM built with some basic components such as web-cams are used to take a picture, a PC (Personal Computer)as the media in the run application and programming lan-guage, used to create the look of the program, source code,and software installation. The components are interrelatedand form a system. Based on the discussion, manufactureand testing of applications can be seen that the performanceof SKIN COLOR DETECTION USING WEBCAM has asuccess rate of 50
