摘要:Key Words: web based, employee application, Ministry of WomanEmpowermentABSTRACT :In this research, the problems faced by the Bureau of Planning and InternationalCooperation Ministry of Women Empowerment is the absence of datamanagement activities and leave the application process is still done manually,this led to employees who were outside the city or outside the country aredifficult to perform activities , manual data processing can also result inscattered data and not neatly organized so that the information obtained issometimes inaccurate, incomplete and not timely. The method used for thewriting of final duty is to conduct preliminary research by interviewing one ofthe employees about the process of data management activities and thesubmission of attendance leave the Bureau of Planning and InternationalCooperation Ministry of Women Empowerment so that problems can beidentified, then doing the literature study to gather information that originatesfrom books - books, notes - notes, and writing material as a reference to thiswriting. The result is a web-based employment application which is onealternative to overcome the problems mentioned above. Web-based employmentapplications at this time can be used to process employee data, employeeattendance data and employee leave data in Bureau of Planning andInternational Cooperation Ministry of Women Empowerment, thus the data - thedata can be managed well be a useful information.
