摘要：Key Words : Capital, Budgeting ANALYSIS, FUNDABSTRACT :Capital Budgeting covers the entire process of long-term funds planning, ofwhich pay back period is more than 1 year. The purpose of scientific writing,entitled Analysis of Capital Budgeting in Mustika Salon in Jakarta Is todetermine whether or not a worthy investment that can provide benefits for thecompany concerned. So that it can help companies in making decisions in theface of competition. The method used in scientific writing is Payback Period,Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Profitability Index(PI). The need for the funds needed to make the 2nd salon Rp 23,394,000. Witha total net profit after tax of USD 9,786,000 will get a payback within 1 year 8months. Net Present Value Assessment of USD 23,345,616 at an interest rate of11%. And assessment of Internal Rate of Return off 32.1%. And ProfitabilityIndex of 1.99. So that it can be concluded that capital budgeting is feasible to berealized and will benefit the company.
