  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :In the case of face intense competition in the retail sector is a food party mustrespond tohop resulting in a satisfaction. The strategy is an important enough in the face ofthe competitive level of competition between Minimarket Minimarket one withanother. From the data in the can, the author tries to analyze what things areaffecting consumers in choosing the store using the 8 dimensions according toJames F. Engel (1995: 257), namely: price, location, nature and diversity ofGoods Quality, Advertising and Promotion, Sales Personnel, Services Provided,Physical Attributes Stores, Store Atmosphere. In this study, the method used isto conduct a questionnaire method which applies to 100 respondents, of whicheach respondent had to fill out a list of questions provided. Based on ourresearch shows that food express views from above 8 dimensions assessed havebeen going well, this is in accordance with the results of the questionnaire isknown that most customers were satisfied and their influence in selecting foodexpress as a place to shop.
