  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :To determine the level of customer satisfaction for product quality, price,service quality (service quality), emotional factors (emotional factor) and thecost and ease of getting products Sonny Ericsson Walkman series of studiesconducted by questionnaires of 50 respondents. Variable measured in thisresearch product quality, price, service quality (service quality), emotionalfactors (emotional factor) and the cost and ease of getting the product. Dataobtained from the results of these questionnaires were analyzed using chi-squaremethod and the Likert method. Of the four variables measured in this study,using the Likert method of getting the 5450 that is between the median andquartile III (4200 26.296, means the customer satisfied product quality, price, servicequality (service quality), emotional factors (emotional factor ) and the cost andease of getting Sonny Ericsson mobile phone products Walkman series.(Bibliography 1997-2007)
