摘要：Balanced Scorecard results of experiments conducted by the research division ofpublic accounting firm KPMG in the USA and the Nolan Norton Institute in1990, experienced rapid growth and wide. Results of a study instigated byRobert S. Kaplan and David P. Nortons measure executive performance in thefuture with four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes,and learning and growth. Authors interested in measuring the performance ofthe company Allianz life insurance that has a goal to be No. 1 in the year 2010.using the Balanced Scorecard analysis. The data used are the balance sheet andincome statement of the company, the questionnaire and the steps taken toachieve company goals. From the data obtained can be seen that theperformance of the company is in good condition.
