摘要:Keyword : Compensation, Motivation, and Work ProductivityABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation of employeeproductivity. Compensation and motivation is a factor that drives someone to do a particularactivity, and therefore any activity held by a person must have a factor which encourages suchactivity. Therefore, the driving factor of a person to make a person needs and desires.The data used were qualitative primary data obtained trough survey by distributingquestionnaires to 52 respondents who are permanent employees at PT PLN (PERSERO) APLCONDET, East Jakarta. The analysis used to process data such as validity the re-ability test,normality test, the classical assumption, correlation, and regression analysis using SPSS softwareversion 17.The conclusion of this study indicate that the result of SPSS output compensations andmotivation has an influence on employee productivity and have positive relationship for thecompany, it can be said that the compensation and motivation can assist in achieving corporategoals.
