摘要：In everyday life we often see or do queue. Queues is very long indeed verytedious and costly. It is necessary to do an analysis of the queue. The purpose ofthis paper is to analyze the queuing that occurred in Bekasi branch of the Bankand providing solutions to avoid long queues. The method used to calculate isthe Multi Channel Single Phase, according to the calculation has been done so itcan inferred that the performance of queuing at the Bank Branch Bekasiinefficient especially during rush hour because of long queues. The performanceof these queues will be effective when coupled one another teller. So consumerswill have time to wait in a queue that is shorter so that consumers feelcomfortable to do the transaction and does not need to queue .. too long
