摘要：In writing this scholarly writer aims to identify the company spending policiesand conditions. The author uses the data to Financial Statements balance sheetand profit and loss of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk year 2003 until the year 2007.The method used is the Capital Structure, Profitability Profitability andEconomic Equity. Based on calculations in which the companys capitalstructure in corporate spending in 2003 showed more than enough in a state withits own capital and bear the expense in the year 2004-2007 the company andhave the state bear the expense of less fit in with their own capital, so thefinance company PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk closed by foreign capital.. Fromthe results of scientific writing is the author concludes that PT UnileverIndonesia Tbk.
