摘要：Key Words : PRESENTATION, COST ESTIMATE, CONTRACTORABSTRACT :Activity on estimation is one of the main processes in bid price of constructionprojects to answer question of how much funding should be provided forconstructing a building. Inaccuracies that occur in cost estimation will result inless conducive conditions among parties involved in project of building woodtreatment site office at Ujung Menteng which was constructed by PT. TalentaRia Lestari. Therefore in practice, PT. Talenta Ria Lestari implemented a budgetplan to reduce the risk of loss. This study employed methods of data retrieval bypractical work (field study) and interviews. The purpose of this report wasgenerally to find out the necessary preparation costs in the project and find outcost problems faced by PT.Talenta Ria Lestari in project of building woodtreatment site office at Ujung Menteng. There are pahses that must beundertaken in preparing the cost estimate starting from list of the material unitprice, the wage unit price list, analytical list of material and wage unit price,volume and price list of a work unit, until recapulation. Overall, cost estimationmade by PT.Talenta Ria Lestari was quite effective and competitive hencethrough clarification and negotiation processes, a mutually agreed amount wasset, namely an amount of contract sum of Rp. 149,748,000.00, signed by theowner, Agriculture and Forestry agency, and the contractor is PT.Talenta RiaLestari.
