  • 摘要:Key Words : customers, health service, customer satisfactionABSTRACT :Contentment is a feeling of joy or disappointment that received one afterreceiving the service. This scientific writing titled Analysis of CustomerSatisfaction with Health Services in Pertamina Hospital here in this analysis isdiscussed five critical dimensions that affect the quality of customer servicewhich consists of the reliability dimension, koresponsifan, confidence, empathy,and tangible. By chi square analysis calculated, which is obtained from the fifthdimension, the chi square value of 37.05 counts is greater than the chi squarevalues table is 26.29, with 95% confidence level, so Ho rejected and Haaccepted. So consumers at Pertamina Central Hospital were satisfied with thehealth services provided.
