  • 摘要:Scientific writing is about the level of customer satisfaction in Reno MiniMarket. Customers must be satisfied, because if they are not satisfied will leavethe company and competitors into customers, this will cause a decrease in salesand in turn will lower earnings and even losses. To win the competition,companies must be able to provide satisfaction to its customers, for example byproviding products of better quality, lower cost, faster delivery of products andservices better than competitors. Bad quality product, high price, slow deliveryof products that could make customers dissatisfied. Based on the results ofquestionnaires from 100 respondents and by using chi square, Ï2 result count isgreater than 73.19 26.29 Ï2 table. The result is Accept and Reject Ho Ha. Sowe can conclude that customers are satisfied with the overall service of RenoMini Market.
