  • 摘要:In this paper the author presents the analysis of product marketing at UD H.Zaini. Marketing analysis is a tool that can be used to analyze and find out howa merchant doing business upayaupaya in marketing products that sell. In thisdiscussion, aspekaspek that into consideration and form the basis of thisanalysis, among others, are the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of thetrading business and who must be aware ancamanancaman trading business.Trading business as the research object is UD H. Zaini. The analysis tools is theSWOT analysis. The data obtained by the authors through interviews,observation and study of the literature. From the results of marketing analysisdone, we can know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats thatexist on the UD H. Zaini and location of the company's position in the diagramof SWOT analysis is based on the IE matrix by internal and external analysis H.UD. Zaini was in a horizontal integration strategy and growth.
