Abstrack:ABSTRACT : Motivation is something that comes from within each individual can also from the surrounding environment, from the outside in an attempt to achieve organizational goals. Motivation that comes from within the individual (intrinsic), namely responsibility, recognition, and development. While the motivation from outside (extrinsic), namely incentives, work environment, safety, and relationships. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the influence of factors intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Style Manunggal Kresitama (2) To know what the most powerful variable of intrnsik and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Style Manunggal Kresitama. This study used primary data obtained by using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 12.0.From the research that has been done shows that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation affects employee performance, while the variables of responsibility, recognition, development, incentives, work environment, safety, and relationships. And after further investigation of the most powerful variables that influence the work environment seen from the results of regression calculations.
