摘要：Project Feasibility Study is an investigation about whether a project can beimplemented successfully. The objective of the Project Feasibility Study is toavoid keterlanjuran investments that are too large for the activities that were notprofitable. In this feasibility study used the method of investment appraisalmethods Payback Period, Net Present Value Method, and the Internal Rate ofReturn Method. Aspects used are: aspects of markets and marketing, technicaland production aspects of management, legal aspects, economic aspects andsocial and financial aspects. Of the three methods, showed that the proposedinvestment in the establishment of new branches owned by Mrs CollectionHikmawati couturier. Hikmawati is feasible to be realized.
