摘要：Expanding a companys activities and cause a new problem for the company.Every company has a main goal in seeking profits, one of the factors that affectfirm performance is how the role of a companys stock price change in control,so that later became the reference of the audit results for management inevaluating corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to assess theeffect of the financial performance of companies that stated in the financialratios of the variables as follows: Net Profit Margin, Return On Total Assets,and Return on Equity to changes in share price and its usefulness in makingdecisions, either collectively same or partially. This study tried to assess theeffect of financial performance which are represented in the form of share priceson the performance of These data were analyzed using regression analysis anddescriptive techniques.
