摘要:Keywords: Motivation, Enthusiasm, Adversity Quotient.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation, interest in learning, and adversityquotient on accounting students' academic achievement, weither partially or simultant. A surveyis conducted through questionnaires distribution among students in 2006 accounting S1 Facultyof Economics at one of the private university in Jakarta. Finally, data were processed andanalyzed by multiple linear regression models, using T test and F test within SPSS version 17.The results showed by using the T test, variables of learning motivation and interest in learninghave partial significantly influence on academic achievement. On the contrary adversity quotientvariable has not significant affect on students' academic achievement of graduate student inaccounting S1 Faculty of Economics of private university in Jakarta. In while using the F test,variable of motivation to learn, interest in learning and adversity quotient have influencestudents' academic achievement of graduate student in accounting S1 Faculty of Economics ofprivate university in Jakarta.
