  • 摘要:This study aims at identifying objective strategies of companies based onSMART (Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique)System,measuring and analyzing the performance targets of the objectivestrategies, and analyzing the scale of priority to improve company performance.The research method used is the Objective Strategy and Key PerformanceIndicator (KPI), The structuring of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), theWeighted Key Performance Indicator and Performance Evaluation. The resultsof this study indicate that there are 19 objective strategies, including: Increasingprofitability, increasing income, increasing capital, increasing the number ofvisits, increasing the number of products sold,, increasing the number ofcustomers, the development of product innovation, increasing the employeeproductivity, increasing maintenance, increasing the extent of the product area,incrasing the customers satisfaction, increasing production capacity, decreasingthe cost of production, Optimizing the use of production tools Optimizing theuse of raw materials, increasing the production process, increasing the employeecompetencies, increasingthe delivery service from suppliers, and increasing theproduct quality. the result of the measurement show that the performance of thecompany is good , especially at the level of departments and work centers, andthe level of business units. Thus there is a possibility in the coming period thelevel of business will increase its performance. As the first priority, theimprovement and enhancement of the objective strategy is implementend at thelevel of Departments and Work Centers. At this level the top priority isimproving the quality of the products. The second priority is the improvementand enhancement of the objective strategies done at the level BusinessOperations Unit. At this level the top priority is increasing the customersatisfaction. The third priority is the improvement and enhancement of the objective strategies done at the level Business Unit; at this level that the toppriority is to increase the number of visits, and to increase the number ofproducts sold.
