  • 摘要:Planning to be one important thing in making decisions, then the company needsa variety of realistic and measurable information so that decisions are not purelyspeculative and intuitive. Because the plan will be implemented in the future,then planning should be a forecast of circumstances which might in the face.One of the tools to do the forecasting method is the Moving Average method,the method used to estimate future sales periods and recorded in a centralposition in the data flat - flat. Based on these data and analysis results, theMoving Average of three years is the most accurate forecasting results. With itsvalue MAPE: 11.67% and its MAD value: 4.236.
