摘要:Every business person, certainly has a responsibility to customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction is still a very relevant concept. The logic is that ifcustomers are satisfied, there must be something better for future business. Thisstrategy is an important enough in the face of the competitive level ofcompetition among producers to each other. From the data obtained, the authorsanalyze how the level of customer satisfaction with mobile phone NokiaGuaranteed official and distributors by using the four dimensions or drivers byHandi Irawan (2002:37) that viewed from the side: Product Quality, Price,Service Quality, and Emotional Factor. In this study, the authors divide thequestionnaire addressed to 100 respondents and conduct analysis using chisquare analysis (chi squared). This shows that the level of customer satisfactionwith mobile phone Nokia Guaranteed official and distributors. overallsatisfaction rating in the same category.
