  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :The existence of employees is very important to the success of a company,because if the company puts its employees do not fit in with the expertise andskills that I owned, it will result in lack of effectiveness and efficiency. Thesecircumstances often result in losses that could result in failure for the short andlong term. Assignment method is one appropriate method to address staffingissues to gain the maximum profit or minimum loss. The author uses aminimization method of assignment on Johny Andrean TRAINING SALON tominimize loss due to the costs incurred by employees. Data used in this studyare primary data that is data obtained by interviews or direct observation..
