摘要:Customer satisfaction is very important for producers to see and know where tofar consumers interested in products offered, given the service and otherattributes provided by the manufacturer. Consumer satisfaction is influenced byseveral factors such as facilities, price, ambience, service and others. Todetermine the level of consumer satisfaction Burger King Senayan City, theauthor conducted field research in the form of questionnaires to 100respondents. The questionnaire contains 15 questions from the five dimensionsand five possible answers. In this analysis covered five dimensions of servicequality determinants that influence consumers of the reliability analysis,response, confidence, empathy and tangible. By calculating chi square analysis,found that of the five dimensions of Chi Square value of 92.6575 count isgreater than the chi square of 23.54 with a label 90% confidence level whichmeans there is a rejection of the acceptance of Ho and Ha. Therefore is gotten ananalysis that Burger King Senayan City's restaurant consumer perceives toplease to service that is given.
