摘要：The development of industry and broad range of products produced bycompanies more and more. Number of industrial products produced by causingconsumers the opportunity to get wider choice. One appeal or motivating factorin determining consumer choice is the quality or the quality of a product. Thepurpose of this study was to determine whether the product quality spark plugtype BP-8 PT NGK BUSI INDONESIA still within tolerable limits. By usingControl Chart of the UCL and LCL, within one year if the PT NGK BUSIINDONESIA has good production on product plugs.
