  • 摘要:The development of the business world, particularly in the services sectorgrowing rapidly in line with the progress of the age. The main thing that must beconsidered in building customer trust is the level of customer satisfaction for aservice. For the purpose of scientific writing is to know whether customers aresatisfied with the services provided by Salon Sveta. Data and variables used areprimary data where the data is retrieved based on the spread of researchquestionnaires to 50 respondents with 10 questions. Results obtained fromcalculations using the method of chi square test found that customers aresatisfied with the services provided Sveta salon where Ho is rejected and Haaccepted as a critical area or Ï2 table (23.5418)
