  • 摘要:Satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment that someone receivedafter receiving the service. Scientific writing is entitled ANALYSIS OFCUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN THE HOUSE EATING IN PADANGMERIAH KEMANGGISAN CHEAPER. In scientific writing, the writer hasbeen distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents (customers) with questions asmuch as 10 questions used to determine consumer satisfaction (customers) toservice at Padang Restaurant Buffet. From the analysis obtained results thatcount = 73.12646103 x2 is greater than x2 (0:01, 06) = 32.00, then Ho isrejected and Ha accepted which means that consumers feel satisfied at thePadang Restaurant ..
