摘要：Keywords: implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles, business ethic,Value of firm sustainabilityABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the influence of Good Corporate Governanceprinciplesimplementation and business ethic to value of firm sustainability. This research used surveymethod with statistic analys approachment and statistic analys with statistic descriptive analysand inferential statistic analys. Data is prossessed by multiple regression analys using SPSSsoftware version 15.0. Results indicate that the Implementation of Good Corporate Governanceprinciples have no effect to value of firm sustainability. Meanwhile, business ethic has no effectto value of firm sustainability. The variables is proved by testing the partial regression ( t ),simultaneous correlation regression ( F ), multiple correlation regression ( R ), and goodness offit correlation ( R2 ). Besides, the research used classic assumption test, consist of normality,multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. From the classic assumption test, theresearcher also determines that no influence happened consider with the classic assumption test,so the model can be used.
