  • 摘要:Success of a business can not be separated from how far can satisfy thecustomer. Measuring the level of customer satisfaction becomes important andvery useful for companies not to compete with other companies. Rays SwalayaBogor as one company engaged in trading business, so the authors would like toknow how customer satisfaction with aspects of product, facilities and services.The study was conducted using the method in depth to the 50 respondents togive a questionnaire containing 16 questions, the characteristics of respondentsconsisted of mostly women (70%) and men (to 30%), aged between 21 and 36years average working as a housewives . Questionnaire results showed thevalues of the three aspects.. Responses and responses of consumers to shop atSupermarkets Rays Bogor to products and services has not been quitesatisfactory. There are still many complaints from consumers and consumercomplaints that should be responded to immediately by the company thatcustomers were satisfied and supermarkets Rays Bogor not compete with othercompanies engaged in the same field. While for the aspects of facilities ingeneral, respondents consider Satisfied with the facilities provided by SinarSupermarket Bogor.
