摘要：In writing this report the author discusses the practical work of the employeepayroll STATE CIVIL PROCEDURE (PNS) National Civil Service Agency(BKN). The purpose of the employment report this practice is that the writer canknow how to count salaries of civil servants at the State Personnel Board. Theworking methods applied practice in the writing of this report is the author ofpractical work to do practical work at the State Personnel Board for a month,conducting observations and interviews on staff in the bureau payroll BKN.Results obtained in this practical work, the author can conclude that theprocedures are done in BKN payroll already well and are in accordance withlegislation passed by the government regarding the payroll system, namely 66thRegulation Year 2008 About the determination of basic salary of civil servants
