  • 摘要:Service system queues are not managed properly will greatly influence not goodfor the business of trading. Destination queue is in order to expedite services,such as payment at the supermarket, buying tickets, and when the queue dibank.The author would like to know how the chances of a queue at Carrefour paserbaon holidays (when busy) and weekdays (when not busy). The amount ofCarrefour customer arrival rate at a particular time can lead to a queue line to getservice.
