  • 摘要:Consumer satisfaction is a feeling pleased or disappointed someone as a resultof the comparison between the achievements or products are perceived andexpected. Quality of services is the expected level of excellence and control overthe level of excellence to meet the customer. Analysis of customer satisfactionwith Kidz Station Thamrin lotus branch is an analysis to determine customersatisfaction with the performance Kidz Station. From this analysis shows thatconsumers are satisfied with the location, atmosphere, facilities, products,pricing, and services at Kidz Station branch of Lotus Thamrin.
