摘要：A company incorporated not for the bankrupt, for it required a tool that can beused as an early warning system. One such tool is the analysis of AltmansZ-score is used to predict a companys financial performance, poor financialperformance can cause and trigger bankruptcy. The population is fivemanufacturing companies in Indonesia that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX), using simple random sampling method as the technique of samplingcompany. PT was chosen. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk., PT. Indocement., PT.Lion Metal Works Tbk., PT. Astra International Tbk., And PT. Tempo ScanPacific Tbk. Research results show that there is a theoretically known companyin the gray area or category of gray areas and four companies were in healthycondition category.
