A conditionwhich is not expected at all by the entrepreneur or business executive.Measurement of corporate bankruptcies could be done through the financialstatements. Z-score bankruptcy prediction was developed in 1968 by Edward I.Altman was a professor of finance from New York University School ofBussines. Edward Altman did research on the financial performance of healthycompanies. Research results are formulated in a mathematical formula called theAltman Z-Score. The purpose of this paper to predict kabangkrutan PT AquaGolden Mississippi Tbk and PT Ades Waters Indonesia Tbk.. While AdesWaters Indonesia Tbk PT 2004-2008 period has an index which is at Z < 1.81means the company indicated in an unhealthy condition and is facing the threatof bankruptcy.
