  • 摘要:Keywords: Small business loans and credit home ownership ABSTRACT Credit is the provision of money or bills can be equivalent, under contracts between banks and other parties that requires the fund to restore money or bills after a certain period in return for a flower. In this case study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the feasibility of granting loans for micro and home ownership. From the result is three variables that affect the feasibility of micro-enterprise lending, ie the number of dependents, type of sector, and the amount of each installment of borrowers. While the variables that affect the feasibility of granting mortgage loans, ie the number of dependents, and the credit term of each prospective borrower. In this study, researchers used discriminant analysis in order to get the discriminant function for micro Z score = -3.056 + 1045 the number of dependents - 0.960 + 0.031 sector type and number of installments discriminant function for mortgage loans of Z score = -5.427 + 1.140 total dependents + 0.468 kredit.Selain period discriminant function in this research, classification, to see how far these classifications are correct. From these studies obtained accurate predictions of the model amounted to 74.6% (micro credit), 61.4% (mortgage). Therefore a high accuracy rate (77% and 61.4%), then the discriminant model above can actually be used for discriminant analysis. Or the interpretation of various existing table valid for use.
