摘要：A feasibility study of opening a new branch in this business aims to determinethe feasibility of investment that will be the salon owner. The feasibility studyfor opening this new branch examined using a feasibility study aspects such as:aspects of markets and marketing, technical and production, management,economics and social, financial aspects. From these aspects show that theopening of new branches feasible and acceptable. For diggunakan methods ininvestment appraisal are: First Payback Period method, obtained by the timeneeded to cover investment spending over two years three months, which meansshorter than the time required is five years. Both methods of Net Present Value,obtained by the difference between the present value of investment-acceptancewith the present value of net cash proceeds of Rp. 11,238,355.
