  • 摘要:In the case of faces stiff competition in the retail sector parties should beresponsive to Indomaret minimarket what things are affecting consumers inchoosing the store to shop so as to produce a satisfaction. This strategy is animportant enough in the face of the competitive level of competition between aretail company with other retail companies. From the data obtained, the authortries to analyze what things are affecting consumers in choosing the store byusing the eight dimensions according to James F. Engel (1995: 257), namely:Price, location, nature and diversity of quality goods, advertising and promotion,sales personnel, services offered, the physical attributes the store, the storesatmosphere. In this study, the method used is to conduct a questionnaire methodintended to 100 respondents, of which each respondent had to fill out a list ofquestions provided.
